Insurance Information

        Stacey Bruen may/may not participate with third-party payers, such as managed care organizations and insurance companies. If you are planning on utilizing your insurance, it would be your responsibility to call your insurance company to find out your mental health benefits.

Payment Policy

        All clients pay upfront and in full for their counseling sessions. Payment is collected directly after each session. Once you find out what your mental health benefits are, you then know if and how you will be reimbursed by your insurance carrier.

       At the close of each session, a superbill is provided. You submit the superbill to your insurance carrier. This superbill shows your insurance carrier that you have paid for the counseling session in full and depending on your benefits, the insurance carrier would directly reimburse you. Please phone the office if you have any questions regarding the insurance and payment process.


Pay Online

     Stacey typically collects cash or check payment at the time of the counseling service. However, to make payment easier and more efficient,  you may pay using a credit card at the time of service or a PayPal service has been set up.

     Please note that a 3.3% service fee is included in each PayPal transaction. Click on the link below to pay a bill owed, pay in advance, or pay for a session missed.
